For over 20 years, The Forum of Executive Women has published the Women in Leadership report. We are grateful to have worked alongside PwC on this important project for the past twelve years. This is the only report of its kind specific to our region and brings transparency to how public companies in Philadelphia support the advancement of women as leaders.
Although the Equal Pay Act was passed 60 years ago, Pennsylvania women, on average, will not achieve equal pay until 2068, according to the Women's Law Project. The Forum hopes this report can be used as a catalyst in our region to close the gender pay gap and to provide all employees with the tools necessary to negotiate an equitable compensation package.
